What Is a Mobile Home?
A mobile home is a prefabricated construction produced in a factory and often towed to a separate location. Mobile Homes are often called park homes, trailers, trailer homes, house trailers, static caravans, RVs, residential caravans, motorhomes, or simply caravans. They are commonly left continuously or semi-permanently in one area but can be relocated and may be obliged to move from time to time for legal reasons, whether used as permanent residences or for vacation or temporary lodging.
